Where do you send from and to?

We will be sending out your orders from TAIWAN, and deliver to the countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark,Finland, France,Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal,Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, United Kingdom, The USA, Canada, Taiwan, Japan, Thailand.

What's the shipping cost?

To TAIWAN: 2.5 EUR ($60NTD), Free Shipping over 40EUR ($1200 NTD) ; To US, CANADA, AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND: 20EUR, Free Shipping over 40EUR; To Europe, UK: 15 EUR, Free Shipping over 65EUR

Extra fee like the customs duty and tax?

The customs clearance in some countries are more strict than others if your parcel is seized at your destination customs. Unfortunately, we are not liable for this incurred fee.

How long do I have to wait for the shipping?

It normally takes 3-7 days to the Europe (like Germany and the UK), 5-10 days to Australia, New Zealand and the west coast of the USA.

Return and how to proceed?

In the case that the product is received and is broken please contact us straight away at info@claritytaiwantea.com or whatsapp us so that we can help you. As tea is regulated as “agricultural products” we are unable to accept the return of such products. We are sorry that you have to go through this. To proceed your return, please contact us and fill out the customer return form. We will get back to you within 3 working days. Returns will only be accepted with valid reason approved by Yii Living Co. We may, at our discretion, refund or exchange if you change your mind. However, the original items must be returned unopened with the original packaging intact in the good condition. The shipping costs are non-­refundable.

COVID-19 affects the shipping time.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the appointed carriers (Local post for Taiwan in-land, EMS & DHL for international), unfortunately, it falls out of our controlling process. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your destination customs clearance and the fee.
